Limited Dental Warranty: Our practice is proud of the dentistry that we provide for you and your family. Our goal is not only to correct any dental problems, but also to help you prevent any future dental disease to save you time and unnecessary expense. The long term success of the dental treatment we provide depends in large part on your continuing home care, regular professional exams, periodontal treatments, x-rays and fluoride treatments. The products recommended by us for you and the frequency of those professional re-care visits depends on your individual condition. Those visits may be every 2, 3, 4 or even 6 months apart depending on your oral health. You must keep these prescribed regular recall appointments and follow our recommendations concerning x-rays, fluoride, and periodontal treatment, or this warranty is null and void (minimum every six months). In cases of severe decay, griding, or other specific situations, the warranty may not be active, but Dr Morrison will discuss these cases prior to the start of treatment, if possible, or at time of treatment if necessary, and you will informed in writing. Sealants and Composite: If these are the recommended treatment, they will be covered in full for 2 years for replacement or repair. If the composite filling was placed as a build-up towards future treatment, then there will not be coverage. For Other Treatment the warranty is as follows:
Crowns/Bridges/Veneers: If the nightguard has been recommended and refused, the warranty may be voided or adjusted. Approved cosmetic treatment will only be replaced for prosthetic failure. Dentures/Partials: -tooth chips or breaks under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidents such as dropping your dentures. The warranty does not cover the fit of the denture. Initial soreness adjustments are to be expected and are covered for the first six months at no additional fee. Services may be available to aid in these situations, but will be billed at normal fees. Full upper and lower denture patients must be seen once every 12 months. Implants: This covers Mini-Dental Implants placed in office for denture stabilization or fixed tooth replacement.
